Jason and I decided it was time to catch up with the times and start a blog. This will be a place for Cornerstone Fellowship Communication Department to let loose. Yes, let it all go. Had a good idea? Did something well? Need more mints in the bowl? Post it.

This will be a look at what we work so hard doing. Cornerstone Communications is made up of some of the best people around. We dedicate our time and talents to making the “Cornerstone Experience” the best we can.

Let me introduce you to the group:

My name is Sara Linse. I am the Director of Communications… and well that’s it. I get a chance to be front and center to some of the best artists in the area. I basically sign timecards and drink coffee. I like Weather Channel and changing the background on my computer screen.

Next is Mark Retzloff, our Lead Graphic Designer. He is a genuis on the computer… paints with a mouse and drinks orange juice every morning. He is married to a great gal and is expecting their first child in August. It is his passion to communicate in the most creative way and to challenge all of us to think outside the box.

Then there is Jason Kleist, our Assistant Graphic Designer. He is our silent workhorse. This man can design. He would never tell you that he is great, but you can see his work below… and you can decide. He is the office DJ, as well. Jason starts everyday with a cup of coffee and ends it with two TUMS.

Alisha Ketter is our Webmaster. This job is not for the faint of heart. She gathers and updates information for over 30 ministries here at Cornerstone… as well as develops new procedures and software for us. She acquired a standing ovation this last week for solving a MAJOR problem… E-NEWSLETTERS! Her favorite thing is to have her picture taken.

Then Andy Madsen, our Creative Service Producer. Andy juggles the responsibilities of Service Producing along with Stage Design. His thoughts are fresh and push the envelope daily. His signature… a messy desk. Photos to come. Andy rides a bike to work and wears a bandana around his neck.

Scott Haus is our Director of Worship as well as a Service Producer. His voice is heard in many ways. Scott has been with Cornerstone for over 10 years, and has been a key leader in this area. He is addicted to coffee and loves his family. Scott practices on Guitar Hero.

Sam Hernandez is our Director of Audio. I call him our Filter. He is a perfect filter for what should come in and out of Cornerstone. Sam has an impeccable taste and feel for how things should/could be. He dabbles with coffee, but is true and true to Diet Coke. Sam has great shoes.
